Abstract
The under discussion topic is related to "Khuruj-ul-Khabr An
Muqtza Al-Zahir". The researcher has carried out his utmost efforts to
present entire forms and kinds with deffinations of "Khuruj-ul-Khabr".
The topic under discussion is generally about
"Ulom-e-Balaghah" and particularly is about "Ilm-ul-Muani". Who can deny
the importance of "Ulum-e-Balaghah"? Arabic Language and Balaghah do
have a very close relations.

some time (in arabic) subject is mentioned with a pronoun, for instance
