Research Analysis of the Religious Status of Ba’i al-‘Arboon
Abstract
Islam provides guidance not only about spiritual and moral values but also gives guidelines on economic life. If financial resources are not available, the execution of religious duties becomes difficult. Achieving the financial means and resources depends upon economic activities. The outcomes of economic activities can be attained very shortly if the honesty and integrity are preferred in every situation. This article highlights an important economic issue of daily life. It tries to investigate the status of Ba’i al-‘Arboon in Shariah under the Islamic philosophy. In this article, the viewpoints of old and modern Jurists are explored to cover different aspects of such significant issue.
