Abstract
The verses of Shahnam-e-Firdousi have always enjoyed prominent place in the work of renowned scholars. One of these scholars is Jawaini who was 7th century patriot. Juwani has thirty five verses of the Shahnameh in the first volume of his book Tareekh-e-Jahangosha. He has also added thirty five verses of this masterpiece in the second volume of his book. Juwani has selected these verses with much care and has transformed them in beautiful prose. The way Juwani has correlated his own patriotism with that of Firdousi in this book is remarkable. The choice of verses in the second volume of the book has been made to create harmony in the Shahnameh and Tareekh-e-Jahangosha.
This research attempts to analysis the historical events borrowed from the Shahnameh and presented in Tareekh-e-Jahagosha, Bringing out the way they have been harmoniously attained into his book by Juwani.
