Through pilot testing, reliability dimension in the questionnaire measuring commitment included 11 items observed a high coefficient value (α = 0.813). Self-efficacy contained 7 items and showed a good reliability measure (α = 0.807) while job satisfaction had 11 items with 0.840 coefficient value. Overall reliability of the questionnaire was 0.940. The data were analyzed with relevant tests. Overall results showed that teachers were positive towards their self-efficacy, commitment and job satisfaction but there are some weak points at different levels of variables which have been highlighted in this research. Some recommendations for solving these issues have also been made.
