A Comparative Analysis of the Constitution of Madina and International Human Rights With Reference to Peace

تلخیص
In Madina city there were different Jewish tribes living apart from Banu Aws and Banu Khazraj. After the immigration to Medina, in the very early months, Prophet Muhammad SAW formed a treaty with these tribes, which was a treaty of human rights. This agreement proved to be a great deal to maintain a peaceful environment. After the destruction of the First and Second World War, people estimate that the solution of every problem is not war. Therefore, the United Nations has been established. On 10 December 1948, the United Nations unanimously ratified a global manifestation of human rights protection, which was internationally introduced to human rights, especially freedom, equality and justice. In the following article, we look forward to these rights, and will examine the comparative review of agreement of Madina and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
