تلخیص
Allah almighty has sent his last message in the
form of Islam and declared it a reward to human
beings. The rulings of Islam are in accordance with
the natural phenomenon and mental and physical
level of human creatures. In time of urgent
situations and indispensible circumstances specific
relaxation in rulings is granted to followers that is
called Rukhsa in Islamic Law. The rulings under
this relaxation have an expansive perspective. In
this article the etymology of Rukhsa and its impact
on rulings has been elucidated in rather detail.
