The Prophet PBUH was a great practical example for Muslims
during his life among them. He PBUH used variety of teaching methods
to convey his massage in a good manner and the story is one of the most
affecting methods among them.
The Arab story is one of the most precious kinds of prose in Arab
Literature since the pre Islamic era to the modern era and it has great
importance. The Arabic Literature is full of many varied forms of stories.
It is important to know that Quran also explains multiple stories. As well
the Prophet PBUH narrated the stories for special purposes.
In this article I tried to tell about the basic definations of a story
and the views of different writers about it, and the exsistant of story in
hadith, its characteristics and objectives, and finally I sorted out main
