One of the etiquette of Islam and the virtuous values that religion has entrenched is the urge to do charitable work, and to consider it as a worship of the worshipers, and many generous verses have been mentioned calling for and urging him, including from the Almighty saying: “O you who believe, kneel, kneel, worship, and worship you.” Hajj 77. In the Prophet’s biography, there are hundreds of examples and situations in which the Holy Prophet’s initiative appears to do good deeds, and his companions encouraged him to do so, especially since Islam considered zakat and charity as matters related to faith, and the research deals with the following axes: The concept of charitable social work: -Areas of charitable work (orphan care - widow care - patient care - preparing the dead - caring for the homeless from the Muslims - breakfast of the fasting person - spending needs - spreading knowledge - reform among the litigants - planting trees) Among the sources of financing charitable work: (donations - ongoing charity - Zakat) Bright examples of charitable work from the Prophet's era: (Abu Bakr - Omar bin Al-Khattab - Abu Talha - Abu Al-Dahdah ) The impact of charitable work on comprehensive development (morally - economically - socially) The most important findings and recommendations: 1- We need a jurisprudence of reality to save the Islamic world from its problems, and to establish a culture of charitable work from the most important duties of that stage that he is going through. 2-. The necessity for Muslims to know that the revival of this religion can only be by making money, effort and time, and sacrificing all cheap and precious. 3- One of the conditions for charitable work: impartiality, loyalty - organization - training
