The main objective of this article is three fold. firstly, it gives a short life sketch of Makhdoom Muhammad Moeen Ihattavi, secondly, ff discusses the thoughts and views of Makhdoom Ihattavi, and, thirdly it also gives delail about his works. Makhdoom Muhammad Moeen was born in 1093A.D at Thatta. His father was a great man and religious scho lar. As Makhdoom Moeen belonged to the educated family, therefore, he got his early educ aI ion at his home. However, he had also met with differeni prominent personalities of his time. This article also throws some light on his interaction with different peoplq who have excélled in shariat and sufism studies. His views thoughts and works are also discussed in. some detail.
