A pyrethroids insecticide, Fenvalerate injected into the yolk sac of eggs of Galus domes-liun. Different dose i.e. 2.5,5.00, 10.00, 15.00 and 20.00 pg/egg were applied under sterilized conditions before incubation. Embryos recovered on day 7 showed significant (P<0.001) reduction in size along with severe structural abnormalities such as anencephaly microcephaly, microphthalmia, ectopia cardis and twisted spinal cord.
