Islam is a complete code of life that teaches equality and provides guidance in every aspect of life. In the religion of Islam, every person has basic rights and every person's basic rights are taken care of. However, no preference has been given to Arabs over foreigners, blacks over whites, whites over blacks, and no one has been given priority because of colour, race, language, caste, or profession, because Islam is a guide for all human beings. And it is a source of guidance. Where Islam has protected the rights of Muslims, it has also provided rights to other people living in Islamic societies who are followers of other religions or ideologies than Islam, since the number of these non-Muslims is less than that of Muslims. That is why they are also called minorities, but the term dhimmi is used for non-Muslims who live permanently in Islamic society, on the contrary, non-Muslims who temporarily came to Islamic society are called Mustamen. This research also focuses on this study will not only examine the rights of minorities in Islam especially in the light of the Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) but also describe the relation of the Prophet (P.B.U.H) towards Non-Muslims. What kind of behavior did he adopt with the people of Madinah and what laws and terms did he implement regarding the minorities while establishing the state of Madinah?
