"Mehboob Elahi is a significant figure in Urdu literature of Hazara. His remarkable work in Urdu Poetry has been appriciated all over Pakistan and specially Ahmad Nadeem Qasmi and Dr. Farman Fateh Poori has admired his Natia Rubaeeyat. Ata has the privilege to write first book on Natia Rubaeeyat in Urdu literature, that is his such admirable distinction in Urdu literature which cannot be ignored. In this article the authors have strived to touch the subject matter of these Roubaeeyat critically and exposed the versatility regarding subject matter of this artistic work."
