In contemporary regions, Qiyas as an Islamic Fiqh,
should be flourished according to new circumstances.
Islamic civilization depend two basic fundamentals
"oneness of Allah and Finality of Prophet hood.
Purpose of Prophet-hood is that we establish
brotherhood and loyalty which flourish according to
Islamic law. Today, time has been changed, even
expectations are new and cultural problems are also
increased but if we solve these problems according to
Islamic law then its solution would be easy.
Contemporary region is expecting line of humanity and
refraining from dangerous progress of science and
humanity is searching for that system which gives it
peace. According to Allama Iqbal: "Today Islamic
civilization needs three things, Inner feeling of
universe, Purity of man heart and those basic rules
which can be universally establish and which are
fundamental of Islamic Society.
