This research titled "The phenomenon of symbolism in
Arabic poetry in the Indian subcontinent" deals with how the
symbolic school of thought entered into Arabic literature, including
the articles related to it, generally or particularly so that the Arabic
literature in both Egypt and Lebanon has embraced the symbolic
output of the writers, and we must follow to try to know who, first
of all, introduced the term symbolic and used it in Arabic literature.
What are the effects of its existence as a critical term in the Arabic
literature written later? And its application in the Arabic poetry
written in the Indo-Pak subcontinent, and identification of the
poets who wrote Arabic poetry firstly here in, and then symbolic
study in their old and modern poetry between 138 AH-1378 AH /
756 AD-1887 AD. This research paper shows those symbolic
expressions that differ from time to time and compares them in a
critical way.
