The Concept of Punishment for the Prevention of Sexual Crimes in Society: in the Perspective of Divine Religions
Abstract
Sex Crimes erode society. Today everyone see through media that everywhere sex
crimes are happening. Rape, harassment and sexuality cases are growing day by day;
even some organizations are encouraging these crimes. Many countries of the world
have made strict rules to prenvent these crimes. Inspite of physical and financial
punishments these countries have failed to stop these crimes. These crimes are
growing due to forgetting the lessons of inspired religions. Adultary is forbidden in
juddism, Christianity and Islam. All these three religions consider that adultery is a
crime and have fixed punishment for these sex crimes. Unfortunately, the
punishment rules of inspired religions for the sex crmes are not currently applied in
most states of the world. Sex crimes rate are growing very rapidly. To stop these
crimes it must be wanted that Jews, Christians and Muslims applied in their states,
the rules of punishment for the sex crimes regulated by their religions. This article
describes the concept of sex crimes and their punishment in the perspective of the
inspired religions
