Islamic economic policy in the conservation of resources
Abstract
The study aimsto rooting the Islamic economy's interest in resources and preserving them
and to show the role of Islamic legislation in urging Muslims to protect the nation's
resources and prevent harm to them.
The study caring for Quranic and Sunnah texts as well as the legitimate purposes and
legitimate policies and the relevant jurisprudential opinions, which showed that the
principles, legislations and purposes of Islam urge the protection of resources and prevent
their depletion and deterioration of their existence and that the Islamic economy has
principles and policies that promote their economic and environmental benefits.
The study concluded that Islam urged the protection of resources through a number of
legislations that ordered the interest and use of resources and the care of the environment,
the intention of consumption and the promotion of development, and access to the benefit of
everything is permissible as long as it can be used and reclaimed.
The study recommended highlighting the role of the Islamic economy, its principles and
principles in preserving resources, and urged Islamic banks to adopt some projects that
develop resources, because of their economic, social and developmental role.
