There are many types of social problems. Some are internationally common,
and some are local, some have ancient roots, and some are the trends of this
age and era. This study/ research tries to address an ever growing common
and international social problem of CHILD ABUSE that has roots dated
back to the ancient times.
The study/ research will be trying to highlight and assess the current
situation of Child abuse not only according to the available facts and figures
but stretch to collect data from some of the real-life victims and incidents.
In the light of the useful information the research will try to establish the
after effects of CHILD ABUSE on the victim and on the whole community/
society at large.
The research will try to dig out the deep roots and causes that are the
prelude for the child abuse.
The most important and the most Interesting part of the research will be the
presentation of the shining commandments and teachings of the repository of
knowledge from the Islamic sources of Information i.e. Al Qur’an, Hadith
and Islamic Jurisprudence about the topic. The research will try to suggest
the preventive measure for the CHILD ABUSE in the light of these Islamic
teachings to overturn the bad impacts of this mean social problem.
The research will try to conclude the topic by presenting the society with the
solutions to tackle this social evil with the everlasting and evergreen
teachings of Islam
