Abstract
Forbiddance of some specific relationships due to marriage is called Hurmat-eMusaharat. It is evident from Quran, Hadith, sayings of Sahaba and people after Sahaba
and conceptual arguments. The subject matter of significant importance but there is
almost no awareness among public. It is therefore necessary and need of the hour to have
research on the topic. It will enhance and add value to the understanding of principles of
Quran and Hadith and it will protect the rights of women who fall under Hurmat-eMusaharat. This article depicts the review of laws, evidence and arguments under
Hurmat-e-Musaharat according to Shariah (Quran and Hadith).
