Abstract
The diversity in opinion is natural and universal phenomena. This diversity
has many kinds, but the conflict in religious matters in issues is a sensitive
case, and very important but Islam describes and highlights the respect of
opinion and focuses on tolerance of others. However, we do not focus on this
owing to the anarchy which is prevalent in our society. The diversity in
opinion has been noticed when the holy prophet was alive, but the revelation
was decisive for the solution of such disagreement. After the death of the holy
prophet the chapter of revelation was closed and there is no decisive
teaching in order to cope with disagreement. The first disagreement
occurred in Islamic history was related to the leadership which has been
noticed to be continued. Hanafi jurist were so much flexible for the followers
of other schools of thoughts. This study has been carried out in order to
introduce scholars of Mutazilites schools of thougt and their status in hanafi
jurisprudince
