Abstract

Marriage is acknowledged a blessing and recognized as not only an imperative and fundamental basis of the society but also a “ sacred covenant”. It has vividly been mentioned in Quran: ِمن ُ َّللا َُّ ِ م ِ ه ن أ غ ُ اءي َ ر َ ق ُ واف ُ ون ُ ك َ ِ ن ي إ أ م ُ ِك ائ َ م ِ إ َ و أ م ُ ِدك ا َ ِعب أ ِمن َ ِلِحين ا الصَّ َ و أ م ُ ى ِمنك َ ام َ ي أ َ وا اْل ُ ِكح ن َ أ َ و ٌ ِيم ل َ ع ٌ ِسع ا َ و َ َّللا َُّ ِ ِهو ل ضأ َ ف As such, it is taken as the complete half of our religion and the Sunnh of the Prophets(A.S). By following this Sunnah (tradition) of the Prophets(A.S) Hazrat Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم took Hazrat Khadija (R.A) in HIS marriage contract in HIS youth, SHE (R.A) entered HIS house as HIS wife and before prophethood whatever the role played by this Tezvij-e-Nabviصلى الله عليه وسلم) prophetic marriage) in the carrying out HIS Apostleship duties( Nabuwah Faraiydh) are quite conspicuous and evident to all intellectuals and scholar. Indeed this marital relationship, is an imperative and vital event for the grounding of great ‘Dawa’h Mission’ which encompasses and has an immense support, consent and success of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم regarding its far-reaching impacts as well as in its fairish accomplishment emotionally and psychologically, socially and economically, politically and culturally. Besides, due to this marriage with Hazrat Khadija (R.A), before prophethood many Sharia’h rules( legislative commands) and Sunnah are deduced from Makki time of Nubuawwa (apostleship) Thus in this current article the “ The legislative Status of Tezvije-Nabviصلى الله عليه وسلم before Prophethood” would be thrashed out and discussed on in detail and in an research oriented way under the following important points :  ..
