Abstract
Cutaneous lymphoid hyperplasia is an uncommon disease of B-cell origin. The presentation and symptomatology of this disease is very variable and mostly seen in adult females. Here, we are reporting a 28-years-old female who presented with asymptomatic papular eruption on face for 2 years. Histopathology was suggestive of cutaneous lymphoid hyperplasia. A short course of oral steroids was enough to induce remission.
