Abstract
Foreign body ingestion is quite a common pheno-menon in pediatric population and presents with a wide range of clinical manifestations. This is a case report of hair pin ingestion which presented in pedia-tric surgery emergency one year post ingestion with duodenocecal fistula and was managed with removal of hair pin and repair of duodenal and cecal fistula rents primarily.
