Abstract
Abu Bakr (R.A.) is the successor and caliph of the Holy Prophet s.a.w. The purpose of his life was to complete the work started by the Prophet s.a.w. and to exalt the word of God. His position on the issue of the departure of troop of Osama made it clear that in his view the fulfillment and implementation of the commands of the Holy Prophet is the real religion. Therefore, when the proposal for the compilation of the Qur'an was put forward by Omar Farooq (RA), his thinking and rethinking was also due to the fact that whether this work is completion of the work of the Prophet (s.a.w.) or to go beyond him? Orientalists, some groups and individuals who have deviated from the path of moderation associated with the Muslim Ummah and modernists have expressed doubts on various aspects of the compilation of the Qur'an during the reign of Abu Bakr (R.A), to which the Islamic scholars have responded well. This article deals with the the questions raised by Dr. Mahmud Ramyar.
