Abstract
Different wheat cultivars were compared at germination stage, seedling stage and at maturity in salinized various growth mediums. The growth of wheat cultivars progressively reduced with increase of salt concentrations. Generally, in all experiments the salt tolerant cultipars behaved consistently salt tolerant, such as Pirsabak 85, Sarhad 82 and Pak 81. Solution culture technique was a reliable and highly reproducible technique for wheat screening.
