Abstract
'Naqoosh' is one the renowned literary journals of Urdu. It set a tradition of special issue on different literary genres and personalities that was later adopted by many other journals. Naqoosh has even been taken as a leading literary journal for promotion of progressive thoughts in literature as well. This article consists of critical analysis of the Manto-Number of 'Noqoosh' and its contribution in Manto-Studies.
