Abstract
1. Bilateral minimal infiltrates are seen in the para-cardiac region. 2. Supine and erect abdominal x-rays (Fig 2) revealed large bowel obstruction with fecal impaction in recto-sigmoid colon. Linear tubular soft tissue density are suggestive of worms (ascaris). 3. Diagnosis: (1) Loeffler syndrome. (2) Massive ascariasis with partial GI obstruction
