Abstract
The numerical solution has been obtained for the hydromagnetic flow of an incompressible, steady and viscous fluid between two stretching sheets in the presence of variable surface temperature. The governing highly nonlinear partial differential equations are reduced to ordinary differential form by using similarity functions. The resulting equations are solved by using Successive Over Relaxation (SOR) method and Simpson’s (1/3) rule. The results have been improved by Richardson extrapolation. The effects of flow parameters namely magnetic parameter M, the Reynolds number R, the suction parameter , Prandtl number Pr and temperature index parameter n have been observed on velocity and temperature distribution
