Megacystis microcolon intestinal hypoperistalsis syndrome also known as Berdon syndrome is characterized by enlarged urinary bladder, small colon and reduced or absent intestinal peristalsis.We report a case of 4 days old female suffering from MMIHS presenting with tension pneumoperitoneum.
