Abstract
Sahar Imdad Hussaini has proven herself as a poetess of versatile
style among modern poets and poetesses. She has expressed herself very
beautifully in almost every genre of modern Sindhi Poetry.
Prof Dr. Sahar Imdad Hussaini uses her pen name as Sahar imdad
was born on 20th July 1951 at Hyderabad Sindh.
She started writing poetry from 1969, prior to this, she used to write
essays in college magazines and various newspapers.
Dr Sahar Imdad is the writer of eight books, from them her Monograph, “Consciences, Poet poetry )شاعري، شاعر، شعور (has received best
Monograph award in 2008 from Sindhi Language Authority. Her books include
a poetry collection named as ‘آڪاس چنڊ چوڏهين.
