Abstract
Tolerance is a core value of collectivism and the basic need of a society. From the beginning of the creation, there has been a practice of promoting high values in societies. From the study of history, it is known that the societies that taught high values under the religious concept proved to be more effective. The concept of morality is important in the teachings of Semitic and non-Semitic religions. However, in the last message of Allah, the importance of tolerance is seen very much. The teachings of Islam emphasize tolerance. This study aims to explore the various aspects of tolerance in the light of the Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad (May Allah Bless and Peace be Upon Him). Basically, there are two sides to tolerance. One is to what extent and how should the behavior of tolerance be done while being in the position of being weak or oppressed? And on what occasions should the manifestation of tolerance be done when the other is powerful in authority? If Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa ﷺ is seen as a human being in the Meccan and Medinan period, then he is the most perfect example of tolerance. This study aims to highlight those morality-based incidents of the Prophet Muhammad's (May Allah Bless and Peace be Upon Him) life which today’s Muslims take as a guide not only in their daily but also in practical life. So that the image of a peaceful Islamic society can be presented to the Pakistani society.
