منقبت سرایان ِفارسی اھلِ بیت اطھارؑ دربلتستان

Abstract
Baltistan is situated in the very North of Pakistan, which consists of Skardu, Khiploo, Shigar, Khurming, Rong Yall and Gultary valleys. Before Islam, the people of these areas were believers of Budhism and Hinduism. With the advent of Islam, the believers of other religions started to embrace Islam, and Islam became the core religion of the area. In Baltistan, Islam spread through scholars and preachers of Sadat-e-Irani who came from Iran for preaching in this far flung area. The aim of this article is to introduce those poets of Baltistan area, who contributed writing Manqabat-e-Ahle Bait (A.S) in Persian language. Among those famous poets, are Mir Abul Ahsan, Hatim Khan, Johar Ali Khan, Lutaf Ali Khan and Syed Muqeem mirza etc
