Abstract
Akbar and Iqbal were the classical poets of the Sub-Continent. Akbar ironically and sarcastically depicted every aspect of life, whereas Iqbal has serious style of expression. Human life has great value in their philosophy. They presented great values of life in their poetry. In their philosophy, life is time being and temporary. They hated the life of remissness and sluggishness. The considered life as a temporary thing. In their philosophy, life is full of ceceit. Their philosophy of life is in accordance with the Holy Quran.
