Abstract
This article describes the role of Muslim League in the movement of independence through folk literature. Through a continuous political process the Muslims joined the Muslim League and started the movement of independence. The Congress opposed the Muslim League at every level. however, Pakistan came into being on August 14, 1947 under the leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
