Abstract
Travelogue is an important and famous genre of literature. There are almost three hundred travelogues in Punjabi but only one hundred are in shahmukhi script. Maulvi Dilpazeer Bhairvi is the first poet who created two detailed travelogues ;Gulzar-e-Makkah" and Gulzar-e-Madina" in Punjabi verse. He was a famous poet and religu=ious scholar,. In this article, these travelogues have been analysed throghly alongwith the life history, religious thoughts and poetry of the writer.
