All human beings worship a god according to
their religion. For this purpose Allah sent prophets
time by time to introduce them with the real god that
is Almighty Allah but some people did not follow
their prophets and they choose some objects of
nature as sun, moon etc even some foolish people
made their gods with their own hands and
worshiped them. In this way the Arab worshiped
idols as Al-Lat, Al-Uzza and Manat (three idols of
the pagan Arabs) etc in days of ignorance. There
were idols in Khana Kaaba. Simelarly Every
man had a special god in his home and every tribe
had a special god as a whole. Some of them were
prayed for particular purposes and in a special
situation while some of them were known as the
great gods, so they were called for every purpose
and in every situation.This research work is an
attempt to mention the famous and well known
idols of Arab which were called as gods in days of
ignorance and to explain when were they
demolished and by whom?.
