In fact hardly any mentionable work is availabe on Cholistan yet not a single work has been appeared on Cholistani Hindu Tribes. An attempt has been made to highlight the cultural anthropology of Meghwal Hindu tribe of Cholistan. This article is based upon observations, group discussions, and interviews of Meghwal representatives. However, secondary sources have also been used where necessary. Cultural anthropology of Meghwal tribe has been discussed under three sections: Rituals, Religion and Culture.
