Allah, the Almighty, has put His signs in the diversity of languages, for those who have knowledge. Apart from the said diversity it has been ordained by Allah for unity of mankind. Allah's messengers' strove their best in conveying His message. In the chain of apostles, He sent last Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W), who had many specifications of his language. The most important is that he had never uttered by his own desire, but the revelation that is revealed to him. His mother language was Arabic and Almighty Allah had chosen his mother language for the last revealed message (Al-Quran). The language of Holy Quran in its own words: meaning "the most explicit Arabic language". The language was in vogue and used by prominent tribe of Arabia: " Quraish". Members of Quraish tribe got these characteristics of language by their travelling, frequent interaction with other tribes and trade in all over the Arabia and far beyond. Muhammad (S.A.W), the last Prophet of God belonged to the Quraish tribe. Resultantly, when in the era of third Caliph a linguistic conflict regarding recitation of Holy Quran arose. Usman, the third Caliph for resolving the issue argued that Holy Quran had been revealed in the dialect of Quraish tribe, because the Prophet (PBUH) himself belonged to that tribe. So he ordered that the Holy Quran ought to be written according to the script and dialect of Quraish. Consequently the recitation of Holy Quran in the dialect of Muhammad (PBUH) will be continued till the Day of Judgment. Muhammad (S.A.W) besides having the said linguistic specification had not allowed to become an obstacle in conveying the message of God. He himself used to talk the other dialects of Arabia in conversation with people. Sometimes he himself had used some words of Persian language. He encouraged his companions to learn the other languages because this would open the vistas of knowledge upon them. It is the most practical policy of last Prophet of God, which he had adopted towards languages
