Makhtoota is formally called a piece of paper having script into an understandable style and diction. A Makhtoota is very important in Litrary research. Literature and Lingusitics based upon the chronocal ordered research in the specific sounds, scripts and Meaning. Some people used to make a fake makhtoota for their famousity but it is very harmful for the literary research history. So to avoid this forcoming tension, there used the critical and textual instruments for judgement either Makhtoota is original or fake. This act is clled Makhtoota Shanasi. Doctor Jamil Jalbi is well known in this Makhtoota Shnasi espacially his work and research on Makhtoota of Masnavi Kadam Rao Padam Rao written four centuries earlier in Dakkan era. This Article is an eye bird view on Makhtoota Shanasi of Dr. Jalbi.
