At the beginning of the 20th century Urdu Literature got many
dimensions. Western Literature also influencing. Urdu
Literature with this background the tradition of popular fiction
exists in almost all literatures of the world. This popularity in
Urdu Literature dates back the beginning of 20th century when
it had a fairly large headership. Novel, short stories, stage
drama T.V Drama and Magzines are major sources for
popular fiction simple selection of words and common issues
are big ingredients of this kind of literature which attract a
large number of reader’s.
