Amongst the Urdu writers of 20th century Shiblee Naumani is the
most prolific figure. He late 19th and early showed his genius in various
aspects of Urdu literature. His style is full of grandeur with finest blend of
sophistication and power of knowledge.
Shibli was really a man of letters. He wrote biographies, poetry,
criticism and travelogue, Shibli's work in the field of "SeeratNigri" is the
