Abstract
The paper seeks to take a detailed overview of the legislation both in India and
Pakistan. The paper argues that the extant legislation is an endeavor to
encompass some of the oddities of the problem and concludes that much more
clarity and specificity is needed to avoid a crusade for reforms. Refurbishment of
the legislation relating to the protection of women at business place is the clarion
call of the current crusade against this menace.
