Basic Aspects of Sajjad Baqir Rizvi’s criticism
Abstract
Sajjad Baqir Rizvi is renowned researcher, critic and poet of Urdu
Literature. He has analyzed literature not as a genre but as a whole.
He emphasized on civilization, creativity, tradition and experience in
his criticism. After reading Sajjad Baqir Rizvi's criticism a sense of
curiosity is generated that instead of laying the foundation of his
criticism on the ideas and concepts of others, he has illuminated his
own ideological principles. In this article the basic principles of
Sajjad Baqir Rizvi's criticism have been identified through which the
understanding of critical theory and insight can be developed.
