Abstract
Organisational culture plays an important role in the success of information systems (i5).There are many examples where computer-based information systems (CBI5) were failed due to the non-compatibility of or culture with IS. There is a widespread recognition by IS professionals that social and behavioural factors are more important aspects of IS failures than the technical.
