Khair Din is an outstanding Punjabi poet of
Islamic thought, who has used poetry as a
medium to present incidents of Shrah. He
belonged to an agricultural family and spent
hi s l i f e in di f f e r en t p a r t s of In di a n
sub-continent. He enjoyed the last days of his
life in a village named Chak 624 G.B in
Jaranwala. His poetry is rich in the elements of
Islam and religious thought.
