Abstract
The aim of the article is to evaluate the influence of
relational capital management on organizational
performance. Data was collected from SME’s based in
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province through questionnaires.
Data Collected was subjected to analysis using SPSS.
Correlation and Regression analysis was utilized to test
the hypothesis. The results indicated a significant
influence of relational capital on firm performance. The
findings will focus over understanding of strategies and
policies that can be further used to increase
organizational effective management of relational
capital.
