Abstract
ABSTRACT: Hajj is one of the most important acts of worship in Islam, which is obligatory to both men and women with its own conditions. Some of the rituals and etiquettes of Hajj are both common and different between them. However, women differ from men in some Hajj rules regarding their special characteristics and conditions. In this article, the presence of Mehram in Hajj journey, the husband’s permission, the specific conflicting acts of Hajj that are specific to women, are considered to be under study in the context of Islamic jurisprudential principles According to some jurists, there is no condition of Mehram’s presence in the journey of Hajj and according to some Jurists Mehram’s presence is not obligatory. Simiarly, according to some Jurists, the permission of the husband is a condition of Hajj, while som Jurists believe that it is unconditional. In the preceding article, the different views of Jurists on the issues mentioned above, have been presented.
