Abstract
In our world, men of prudence have always
preferred quality and condition to quantity and
excess and the Islamic Sharia (Islamic
Jurisprudence) also prefers quality and condition to
quantity and excess. In Islamic Jurisprudence,
quantity, excess and volume are considered totally
unreliable and on the other hand quality and
condition are valued a great deal.
Despite of their clear facts, in today's world in
most of the worldly laws, people prefer quantity to
quality which brings forth countless harms and as a
result, the entire humanity faces tough hardships.
That’s why it's the order of the day that this issue
should be evaluated in the light of the teachings of
the Holy Quran and Traditions of the Holy Prophet
( SAW) so that the entire world may be saved of
those deadly harms which arise as a result of.
