Abstract
Women constitute over half of the world’s population, but they are deprived of their due rights. Illiteracy, poverty, domestic violence, poor health facility and the denial of their basic rights are the major problems facing by women in our society.When a woman left her home and seeksshelter at “Darul Aman” then she faces different kinds of problems e.g she deprives from every social and economic activity, education and freedom like other women at homes etc.Among these problems, one is the living of infants in prison and Darul Aman with her mother. Actually suckling is the foremost obligation of the mother and if she does not feed her child without a valid reason she will be sinner and she cannot present any demand of payment for suckling from her husband because it is her own duty.This research article consists of three parts:(1) Basic factors responding for women to take shelter in Darul Aman. (2) Problems concerning to the living of infants in prison and Darul Aman. (3) Suggestions for the betterment of women’s living in prison and Darul Aman.
