Abstract
This research paper deals with an important contemporary issue of Child Labor. This is a global dilemma and hundreds organizations are working to overcome this problem. The UNICEF has been specially focusing on the children physical and psychological rights. The laws have are originated to stop the child abuse and labor. The issue is given special coverage through Electronic and Print Media but besides this, the rate is rising day by day. According to a report released in 2013, about 265 million children are involved in labor. Similarly, 1 billion children were found tortured sexually. This is a critical situation of which the all the communities are passing. The condition is quite severe in backward countries. In this research paper, the educational and physical rights of child have been explained from Islamic point of view.
