The Islamic Shariah & Law
The Islamic Shariah & Law is an annual peered review research journal in the field of Islamic Shari’a And Law. It is recognized in the category “Y” by the Higher Education Commission Pakistan The Islamic Shariah and Law- an annual research journal focuses on contemporary issues in legal domain. It welcomes research articles and books review on Law, Shariah and comparative study in the field of Law. The Law is an open access journal as per The Directory Of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) definition: We define these as journals where the copyright holder of a scholarly work grants usage rights to others using an open license (Creative Commons or equivalent) allowing for immediate free access to the work and permitting any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose.
